چکیده
Aim: Hepatitis B(HBV), C(HCV) and HIV infections are important parenterally transmitted infections. The aim of this study is to determine the seroprevalence HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HCV anti-HIV in patients with preoperative preparation.
Materials MethodS: Anti-HBs, anti-HCV, tests chemiluminescent enzyme immune-assay method a total 900 applied General Surgery Clinic were evaluated preoperatively by Abbott Architect i1000 immunoassay analyzer (Abbott Diagnostics, Illinois, USA) operated according manufacturer's instructions. Anti-HBs titer above 10 IU/mL, serum optical density/”cut-off” control density (S/Co) ≥1 anti HCV accepted as positive. HBV-DNA RNA performed real-time PCR method.
Results: test was found be reactive 34.11% nonreactive 65.89%. HBsAg positivity 1.0% (9/900), 0.33% (3/900). Anti-HIV HBsAg-anti-HCV association not detected. Six one patient incidentally during examinations.
Conclusion:As result these data, it can concluded that cost-effective serological for HBV period extremely detection asymptomatic patients. Preoperative screening terms early diagnosis before complications such cirrhosis HCC develop, enabling treatment, well healthcare professionals increase infection measures while intervening infected patients, more careful percutaneous injuries, reduce risk transmission.
